We are trying hard to reach producers, but ultimately it depends on the producer wanting to take measures and seeing the advantage of doing so, given that all the measures mean that things take a little longer than they do if someone just walks into a shed from outside in their ordinary wellies, without dipping the wellies or wearing a boiler suit and so on. That is helpful. As the local MSP, I want to ensure that that is communicated across the area as directly as possible and that farmers can be signposted to where they can get help and support to carry out measures.
