To ask the Scottish Executive how many NHS boards operate a consent form system for dealing with patients' MSPs. All NHS boards that are responsible for patient care must operate a formal complaints procedure which is consistent with the relevant legislation and national guidance.

We have discussed such issues before in the chamber, and I think that we all recognise that they are some of the most difficult and sensitive ones that we, as politicians, discuss in this Parliament. Most MSPs across the chamber accept that it is important to have in place systems that help to rehabilitate prisoners.
