Participants were identified through partnerships with organisations such as Shelter, Living Rent, TPAS, Citizens Advice Scotland, and the Scottish Association of Landlords.
. • More than a quarter (28%) of unpaid carers are living in poverty. 1 in 12 unpaid carers 4 live in deep poverty, 60% higher than non-carers . • Almost half (47%) of unpaid carers in bad or very bad health are in poverty.
