Official Report Meeting date: 27 June 2017

Meeting of the Parliament 27 June 2017

Given the Scottish Government’s new-found enthusiasm for the Barnett formula, I ask the cabinet secretary to give me a very simple answer—yes or no will suffice—to this question: is it still the policy of the Scottish Government to pursue full fiscal autonomy for Scotland? SNP MSPs and SNP MPs will always try to get the best deal for Scotland.
Official Report Meeting date: 29 March 2017

Meeting of the Parliament 29 March 2017

The UK has to accept its share of the responsibility, as I am accepting the Scottish Government’s share of the responsibility for the condition of the Scottish economy. Official Report Meeting date: 22 December 2016

Official Report Meeting date: 14 January 2020

Meeting of the Parliament 14 January 2020

The help and support that each and every past and present MSP has given the cross-party group is appreciated by showmen and myself.
Official Report Meeting date: 6 March 2018

Meeting of the Parliament 06 March 2018

I know that that issue has been raised with MSPs across the country. To address that anomaly, the Government laid a statutory instrument, which the committee considered and endorsed in June last year.
Official Report Meeting date: 15 November 2017

Local Government and Communities Committee 15 November 2017

I will just mop up one or two things around that. Obviously, being a Glasgow MSP, I have a constituency interest.
Official Report Meeting date: 9 November 2017

Meeting of the Parliament 09 November 2017

I have had the pleasure of visiting Lindsay’s business both as her MSP and as one of her customers. The way she runs her business is an exemplar of all that I frequently rave on about in Parliament.
Official Report Meeting date: 2 March 2017

Meeting of the Parliament 02 March 2017

I know because, as the constituency MSP, I was contacted by a number of them and was actively involved in securing a solution.
