At least 74,000 people are living with long Covid and the numbers are rising. Many of those people are not getting the services that they need. Does the First Minister agree with the recommendations in the report, in particular on the creation of a long Covid fund for health boards to access?
If an applicant is initially turned down for the YCG they can still get the payment if the person they care for subsequently gets an award of a qualifying benefit that is backdated to cover the required 13 weeks.
I always imagined that funding sports facilities would be expensive, but I was hoping that organisations that already get funding such as sportsscotland, active schools and even councils—which are able to get external funding—could be encouraged to provide support.
