I assure Patrick Harvie that the Executive takes the matter very seriously.As part of producing the child witness consultation document in 2002, we have already consulted on a draft code of practice on the provision of therapy to child witnesses in criminal trials and children's hearings court proceedings.

We need to shift social attitudes.I ask the Scottish Executive to use the second session of Parliament to take every appropriate opportunity to support the promotion of breast-feeding, to adopt the international code of marketing of breast-milk substitutes and to give favourable consideration to the breast-feeding etc (Scotland) bill when I introduce it.
