To ask the Scottish Government what action it is taking to argue the case that Scotland's concerns are taken into account in relation to the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement.
The exercise of the power in part 2 of the bill will be required to take that into account at the point of use. At the point of use, the Scottish ministers will be required to take into account ministerial compliance with the international law that the EU and UK trade and co-operation agreement is part of.
The same goes for reporting and accountability. Some things report on a two or four-year basis and are not aligned with local outcome improvement plans and so on.
