This is being examined by a working group established to make recommendations on the implementation of Parts 7 and 8 of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004. The working group’s objective is to make the system as simple as possible for local authorities and applicants while meeting the requirements of the legislation.
