SPICe hopes to carry out further analysis on real terms equivalents following the publication of the Local Government Finance Order 2021 in March.
Figures for cash change, per head allocations and percentage of the Scottish average are based on Total Revenue funding settlements, as set out in Column 12 of Annex B of the Local Government Finance Circulars.

The Observatory was established by the Convention establishing the Square Kilometre Array Observatory done in Rome on 12 March 2019 (“the Convention”). The United Kingdom will become a member of the Observatory in accordance with Article 6(1) of the Convention when the Convention enters into force for the United Kingdom.
