We have heard in previous sessions about the lack of transparency with the not proven verdict, in that the complainer does not know how many people on the jury thought that and how many did not.
As panel members have already said, the measure of success is different for different people but I think that, in services, we get caught up in measuring how many people are in treatment, how many people are on methadone, or how many people have not entered residential rehab.
