That is what I was trying to reflect. As an account managed company, it would be treated in the way that other account managed companies would be treated.
Whatever the outcome of today’s deliberations, I ask you and your colleagues to take very serious account of that. The rules are there for a purpose, and we have all agreed to them.
Yesterday, the health secretary set out the work that will be done to establish issues of accountability within the health board. It is important that that is done in line with due process.
