Given that the negotiations that will take place in the fisheries council in December promise to be even more crucial than the disastrous negotiations of the past two years, it might be useful to take that opportunity to set aside 45 minutes for pre-fisheries council scrutiny. It is important that we do that, because the talks will be crucial.
