Budget 2023-24 - Labour market and earnings
The SFC forecasts that this will reach 3.5 % by the end of 2022 and thereafter to rise steadily, reaching 4.7 % in Q4 2024. By the end of the forecast period, Q1 2028, the Scottish unemployment rate is still expected to be higher than its current level, at 4.1 %.
