Certificate of recoverable assistance 94C Application for certificate of recoverable assistance (1) Before making a compensation payment, a compensator must apply to the Scottish Ministers for a certificate of recoverable assistance. 30 (2) An application under subsection (1) must— (a) be in such form as the Scottish Ministers require, (b) include such information about the injured person and the accident, injury or disease as the Scottish Ministers require, (c) specify the name and address of the person to whom the certificate is 35 to be issued.
