I am sure that Andrew Welsh knows that the medical director of Tayside University Hospitals NHS Trust gave a guarantee yesterday that there would be no closure of the coronary care unit until robust evaluation of the community services that are provided by paramedics has been carried out.I regret Andrew Welsh's language and his use of the term "guinea pigs", because Angus is not the only place in Scotland where the procedure is being tried.
