To ask the Scottish Executive what action it has taken, or plans to take, to ensure universal access for the public sector as set out in point 31 of its response to the report of the Digital Scotland Task Force, Digital Scotland: The Way Forward.
To ask the Scottish Executive what plans are being made in Scotland to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Her Majesty The Queen's accession to the throne.
I count myself lucky that nobody has complained about me; other members, as we know, have been less fortunate.I have spent much of my long career fighting to achieve a Parliament for Scotland, so I want to encourage the best of Scots to stand for election and to do their best for Scotland.
I gather that the issue is similar to one that arose with the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Bill, which we discussed last week.Section 50 of the Custodial Sentences and Weapons (Scotland) Bill contains the power to commence the bill's provisions.
