To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-19754 by Susan Deacon on 26 November 2001, what assessment has been made of the timescales and efficacy of the measures set out in the report by Mr Tom Divers, Chief Executive of Greater Glasgow NHS Board, relating to the continuity and improvement of cancer services for users of the West of Scotland cancer service. These are issues which will be monitored as the action plan is implemented through local NHS management, the new Beatson Joint Management Board and the Project Monitoring and Review Group.
