The Scottish Government worked with partners to develop a Statement of Principles for parcel deliveries which was launched by the former Minister for Energy, Enterprise and Tourism, Fergus Ewing MSP. Continued work in this area is still required and I am supportive of the work organisations such as Citizens Advice Scotland and Highland Council are doing.

In terms of local stakeholder engagement, the Board issued a detailed briefing to all local MPs/MSPs on 5 July, 2017. NHS Lanarkshire have assured us that are engaging with all patients and their families; explaining the changes, as well as the arrangements for any patient who may be transferred.
