The argument can be addressed, if that is appropriate, through the audit route if the Accounts Commission for Scotland or Audit Scotland wishes to take up the matter.
However, I would be happy to take a further paper from Audit Scotland on that model and the model that operates in the Dáil, for members to consider further before we make any final decision.
