I entirely agree that we are not currently getting things right. This may not be the right approach for Scotland, but what can we take from it that addresses the issues inherent in bringing social solutions to the most deprived and challenged communities in Scotland?
It is vitally important when considering the law in this area that we take full account of the right to freedom of expression, access to justice, and the right to privacy, which all need to be carefully balanced.
