Annual report of the Finance and Public Administration Committee 2022-23 - Scrutiny of Financial Memorandums
The Committee requested that the Scottish Government provide a revised Financial Memorandum at least two weeks prior to the completion of Stage 1, which at the time was scheduled for March 2023. The Stage 1 deadline for the Bill has since been extended and the Committee continues to press for more details of the financial implications to be provided.
