That Act was updated by the Climate Change (Emissions Reduction Targets) (Scotland) Act 2019 (“the 2019 Act”).
In March 2024, the Climate Change Committee published its report to Parliament entitled “Progress in reducing emissions in Scotland”.

The Registration of Social Workers and Social Service Workers in Care Services (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2024 [draft] were laid on 11 March 2024. The instrument is subject to the affirmative procedure (Rule 10.6).
In response to those queries the Scottish Government undertook to amend the Bill at Stage 2.
The Bill completed Stage 2 on 12 March 2024. The amendments give effect to all of the Scottish Government's undertakings.
