Amendment 90 would provide Scottish ministers with a tailored funding power whereby ministers would be enabled formally to ring fence the money from receipts for reinvestment. The amendment would also allow the Executive to make payments to safety camera partnerships to meet the expenses that they incur.Amendment 90 would enable the Executive to specify conditions for receipt of the funding.
