Pre-Budget 2023-24 - Refugees, asylum seekers and insecure immigration status
We recommend that the Scottish Government reviews the Best Start, Bright Futures Tackling Child Poverty Delivery Plan 2022-2026 to specifically include refugees in the delivery plan and updates guidance to public authorities to include refugees in their annual child poverty action plans.
