Domestic Abuse (Protection) (Scotland) Bill: Stage 1 Report

In response to calls that the Bill should be clearer about the interaction of part 1 with pre-existing requirements in the criminal justice system, the Cabinet Secretary told us that he would not close his mind to having that in the Bill but did not see the challenge as “particularly unique”.
