To ask the Scottish Government whether any farm subsidies that it plans to introduce will include Scottish Outdoor Access Code compliance obligations. Under the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 (LRSA) there is a right of responsible non-motorised access to land throughout Scotland with few exceptions.
