Disabled Children and Young People Transitions to Adulthood Scotland Bill 17 August 2023
The bill recognises that flexibility in who it is will likely be helpful and is drafted to take account of that. We have worked closely with COSLA and ADES to discuss this and as set out later in this response, we are working on taking account of this in the FM that accompanies the bill.

Brexit Statutory Instruments: Powers and Parliamentary Processes - Committee recommendations and Scottish Government responses
Although recognising the need for the Scottish Parliament to hold the Scottish Government to account ‘for their consent decisions’, the Scottish Government does not have to abide by the recommendation of the lead subject committee to refuse consent, even where the Scottish Parliament supports a motion agreeing with the committee’s recommendation.
