In the FMEL documents that I have seen, which date back to June 2019, which was pre-administration, the £123 million incurred costs to date are broken down into £75 million for Glen Sannox and £48 million for Glen Rosa.
On undue influence, is there agreement that the law is out of date and that change is needed? The change would be the subject of consultation of the public and others.
In short, taking together the amount spent and the amount set aside, we estimate that the cost of equal pay, to date and in future, is about £630 million.
We said at the time that the completion date would be spring 2018. The contractor, in a competitive bidding process, came back with an earlier finish overall and with staged completion dates.
