Description of claim 18.—(1) An application for registration of an assignation document under section 23(1) of the Act must describe the claim to which the application relates. (2) In describing the claim, the applicant must choose at least one of the appropriate categories provided by the Keeper either— (a) where an application is made using the online registration system, as part of their online registration system, or (b) where an application is not made using the online registration system, as part of any other method of registration.
