Official Report Meeting date: 7 December 2021

Meeting of the Parliament (Hybrid) 07 December 2021

As I said, my colleague Richard Lochhead was, as members can imagine, one of the first to phone me on Friday, when the report was published, to put to me his constituents’ concerns, not as a Government minister but as a local MSP.
