Scottish Water’s position is that (i) the Chataroo case was decided on its own unique set of facts and (ii) now that the provisions of s.20A of the 2005 are in force (as of 4 March 2016), the court would apply a different legal test when considering licensed providers’ rights to charge the end-customer.

To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S5W-15018 by John Swinney on 8 March 2018, when it plans to publish data on support staff in schools, which is ordinarily included in the Teacher Census Supplementary Data release.
To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to questions S5W-07573 and S5W-07574 by John Swinney on 8 March 2017, whether its policy regarding the expansion of cadet forces in schools remains the same.

For reporting purposes temporary agency staff and temporary contract staff are recorded as contingent workers. As of end March 2018 the number of Full Time Equivalent contingent workers in (a) Directorate was 22 and (b) Social Security Agency Implementation Division was 10.
