The briefing note was forwarded by Scottish Government officials to SEPA for background information and comment following the approaches made by MSPs to the First Minister and others.
To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-5588 by Michael Russell on 31 October 2007, whether members of the public or MSPs can access the noise maps referred to and, if so, how this may be done.
Professor Robertson mentioned the issue of culture and bullying. I turn to Alex Neil MSP, who I believe wants to focus on that area, and who is joining us remotely.
In the case of one of the refused participation requests, an alternative route had been suggested by an MSP who was responsible for the area—I think that they were the local MSP and had a professional interest as part of their portfolio.
