CashBack for Communities
Introduced in 2008, CashBack for Communities is a Scottish Government initiative that utilises funds recovered through the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA).
In 2012, SPICe published a briefing on Community Sport1Scottish Parliament Information Centre (SPICe). (2012, August 30).
In a UK Government consultation on DRS in March 2021, it stated its intention is "to work with Regulators in Scotland to develop a coherent approach across the UK".
I want to make one point on the record. The SPICe document refers to a UK Government blog that gives reasons as to why there should not be a screening programme.
