Consultation on proposals for the Bill
The Scottish Government consulted on proposals for a Circular Economy Bill from 30 May 2022 to 22 August 2022 and has published submitted responses.
As such, the main sources of information used are the 2023-24 Budget document itself and the Local Government Finance Circular 11/2022 published in late December (and revised in January).
