I think that we would agree on the Government’s priority to get the Northern Ireland Executive back up and running, because that it the best way to take forward issues there.
It is therefore vital that we find ways of sharing oversight of the project and ensure as best we can that HMRC maximises value for money while providing the best possible service to Scottish taxpayers.
