There was a decrease of instruments considered in Quarter 4 of 2021-22 compared to Quarter 3 (67 and 89 respectively).
The Panel’s report was published on 18 March 2021. This report did not recommend wide-ranging, fundamental reforms, but it did propose some key changes to law and procedure.
