That is why I believe that there has to be a statement or another mechanism to allow MSPs in this place to ask questions and finally receive answers from the Government.

I have worked and engaged with all parties, as was seen during stage 2 and yesterday’s stage 3. Many MSPs have changed the bill for the better, and I thank each and every one of them.
