That is a matter for the code. Amendment 90, which seeks to amend section 10, will widen the scope of the code to allow for that.I have indicated that section 5(3) already provides that the"existence or exercise of access rights does not diminish or displace any other rights"and that amendment 90 will make specific provision for widening the scope of the code to cover alternative routing round the steading.
