To ask the Scottish Government whether it plans to publish the Business and Regulatory Impact Assessment regarding the extension to the Air Discount Scheme announced on 5 March 2019. Given that this was a continuation of an existing scheme with a minor adjustment, a Business and Regulatory Impact Assessment was not considered necessary.
The Social Housing Allocations Practice Guide aimed primarily at local authorities and registered social landlords who allocate homes in the social rented sector will be published by March 2019. S5W-21218

To ask the Scottish Government when a Scottish Minister last met the UK Border Force and what was discussed. I met with UK Border Force on 9 March 2016 to discuss the Force's work, including its footprint in Scotland, its operational priorities and the role of the border as a unique point of intervention.

To ask the Scottish Government whether the Climate Challenge Fund will be continued beyond the current round of funding, which ends in March 2017. Scottish Ministers will make an announcement on the future of the Climate Challenge Fund later this year as part of the draft budget 2017-18 process.
It has been fairly firm and robust with the Government that the Government must take over responsibility for the benefit by the end of March 2026. The Government needs to have a business plan in place, as per the agency agreement, by the end of March 2025.
