Your report is a section 22 report for the financial year 2022-23, but you published it in May 2025. Could you elaborate on the complexities that you have referred to?
When you are in the operational space of delivering a new benefit, you may need guidance. That has always come up, as you may know from previous years, and we have done a lot of work on it.
That moves handover to—I hope—before the end of May or into June; as I said in my letter to you yesterday, we might need some time after the end of May for those final handover and acceptance trials.
