Contact between grandparents and their grandchildren
This briefing aims to support MSPs with their constituency casework relating to contact between grandparents and their grandchildren.
It should become the way in which we do things, because we are all challengeable on whether we are fulfilling our human rights obligations. Many MSPs and MPs have been active on the accommodation issue and have approached the Scottish Government to ask what more it can do.
Every single one of us is genuinely committed to confronting and combating hate crime, whatever form it takes, wherever it takes place. No MSP or political party can credibly claim a monopoly on caring about these issues.
Existing systems in Scotland to govern the probity of MSPs have not been criticised. Standing orders, the MSP code of conduct and the ministerial code are all seen to be robust.
Ms Scanlon is known to all members as always courteous and respectful to all MSPs and is certainly not— I have already said that I will not have a rerun of the Public Audit Committee’s meeting.
