It updates the Rural Development (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (SSI 2015/192) to allow the funding of legacy schemes under the Scotland rural development programme 2007 to 2013 to continue. Further amendments correct deficiencies in European Union-derived legislation that arise from the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the EU.

Included in that is additional resource to help to remobilise the NHS, bearing in mind that we also have two other significant asks of our health boards—to support the NHS test and protect programme and to be the lead organisations in the delivery of the expanded flu programme.
