We looked at the 1 September [2022] electoral register because that was the date on which we designed the review and it was the comparison and examination of those data that allowed us to understand how what may at first have been an ideal solution has become imperfect over time because of passive malapportionment.
The Committee welcomed the progress that had been made to date and noted that the Scottish Government was still to fully implement several key actions.
Alongside general demographic questions to allow for ease of analysis, the call for views asked one main question:

Conclusions
At its meeting on 28 February the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee considered motion S6M-07703— That the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee recommends that the Cost of Living (Tenant Protection) (Scotland) Act 2022 (Amendment of Expiry Dates and Rent Cap Modification) Regulations 2023 be approved .

It is unclear whether any such review has taken place to date. In a letter to the House of Lords Common Frameworks Scrutiny Committee, Edward Argar MP, Minister for Health, confirmed that as at 2 November 2020, no such review had taken place.
