When will the Government undertake a strategic review of such projects? As an MSP for the Lothian region, I have been involved with the Edinburgh cancer centre.

To ask the Scottish Government on how many occasions in each of the last five years non-ministerial MSPs have travelled with Ministers using the ministerial vehicle fleet, broken down by date.
At the Stage 1 debate, which took place on 9 October 2025, the Parliament also did not agree to the general principles of the Bill, with 52 MSPs voting for, and 63 MSPs voting against the motion (0 abstained, 14 did not vote).
