It probably will be, but we should differentiate between areas within the TCA in which the UK would like to resolve problems and make incremental improvements and areas outside the TCA that require a new deal on X, Y or Z. In order to get a deal on any of those latter, newer areas, the UK will need to enter into a proper, formal negotiation with the EU.
