That would be a good way to enable small museums to establish themselves and grow and create major extra attractions for local areas. There is an undeveloped area of particular importance: we need to ensure that works of art that are stuck in storerooms around Scotland are taken out and displayed as widely as possible.

We do not want people to come in and scoop up the extra allowable catch so that it does not benefit the communities that have long been involved in the nephrop fishery.I have long argued that the sand eel fishery should be closed, as it damages the environment and the important biodiversity of the sea.
