To ask the Scottish Government, in light of the COVID-19 outbreak, what flexibility will be given to local authorities regarding the submission of their annual accounts. The Scottish Government has advised local authorities that it considers the provisions made in Schedule 6 of The Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020 to be sufficient to allow each local authority to determine its own revised timetable for Annual Accounts.
