I know from the experience that we have had in Dumfries and Galloway that the success of our partnership to date has been based on effective relationships between our local authority and NHS partners.
Based on our projection, which we have done over 25 years, we reckon that we will do so about 10 years after that date. So in the 10 years post-2022, the airport will generate £39.6 million, plus interest plus running costs.
