The Scottish Government understands that some local authorities will have their own protocols and processes for reporting graffiti that may constitute a hate crime. We would strongly encourage local authorities to ensure that hate crime is reported to Police Scotland.

The Scottish Government does not hold information on the number of children and young people in temporary accommodation that have been required to move school. Individual Local Authorities may hold some information on such cases.
The Scottish Government has not identified any funds returned from the Scottish Funding Council (SFC) for penalties. The member may wish to contact the SFC for further details.
