In response to the issues raised in recent HMICS and Audit Scotland reports, I convened a meeting in March of the main players and stakeholders in the policing landscape in Scotland.
Where a property meets the eligibility criteria, the grant is payable only to “the ratepayer as at 17 March 2020 as per the local authority’s records”.
